Defense withdraws motion in robbery case

GALLUP — A defense motion to suppress any statements made to the arresting officer after the armed robbery of Pino and Associates insurance office on Oct. 8, was withdrawn in 11th Judicial District Court Wednesday afternoon after the defense attorney learned that no statements were made.
